Summary
Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; real estate brokers; escrow funds. Provides that in the event of foreclosure of real property, all rent moneys, regardless of when received, shall be deposited in an escrow account by the end of the fifth business banking day following receipt, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the principals to a lease transaction.
