Summary

Vehicle safety inspection fees. Increases the price of a vehicle safety inspection by $1 for each category of vehicle and allocates $0.50 of the additional $1 to the Department of State Police toward the Department's costs in administering the motor vehicle safety inspection program; the remaining $0.50 is retained by the inspection station.
