Summary

Voluntary boundary agreement between Louisa and Goochland Counties; attachment of GIS map to petitions. Allows Louisa and Goochland Counties, in adopting a voluntary boundary agreement, to attach to their petitions to the circuit court a Geographic Information System (GIS) map depicting the boundary change. The section formerly restricted the type of attachment to either a plat or a metes and bounds description.
