Summary

City reversion; disposition of police department or sheriff's department motorcycles. Provides that when a city reverts to a town and the police department or sheriff's department of the former city ceases to exist, officers of the former city police department or sheriff's department shall be entitled to purchase motorcycles that previously belonged to the police department or sheriff's department at the same cost as the city's original purchase price. City reversion; disposition of police department or sheriff's department motorcycles.
