A BILL to amend and reenact §60.2-635 of the Code of Virginia, relating to unemployment compensation; deprivation of benefits.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §60.2-635 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§60.2-635. Deprivation of further benefits.

Any person who has been finally convicted under this chapter shall be deprived of any further benefits for the one-year five-year period next ensuing after the date of conviction.
