A BILL to prevent any provision of law from suspending or affecting the provision of the deed from the Commonwealth to the United States by which the Chamberlin Hotel at Fort Monroe shall revert and revest in the Commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That notwithstanding §1 of Chapter 809 of the Acts of Assembly of 1998, as amended by Chapter 713 of the Acts of Assembly of 2004, no provision of law shall suspend or affect the provision of the deed from the Commonwealth to the United States by which the Chamberlin Hotel at Fort Monroe, Virginia, shall revert and revest in the Commonwealth.
