A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 63
of Title 30 a section numbered 30-408.1, relating to Behavioral Health
Commission; advisory committee.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 63 of Title 30 a section numbered 30-408.1 as follows:
§30-408.1. Advisory committee.
The Commission shall establish an advisory committee composed of individuals who are currently receiving or have received behavioral health services to perform duties assigned by the Commission and to make recommendations to the Commission. Individuals on the advisory committee shall serve without compensation.
