VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER
An Act to amend and reenact §6-231, as amended, of Chapter 358
of the Acts of Assembly of 1958, which provided a charter for the Town of
Tazewell in Tazewell County, relating to board of zoning appeals.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §6-231, as amended, of Chapter 358 of the Acts of Assembly of 1958 is amended and reenacted as follows:
§6-231. The board of zoning appeals shall consist of five
members, one of whom may be a member of the Planning Commission, each of whom
is to be appointed for a term of two five years, and subject to
removal for cause by the council, upon written charges and after public
hearing. Vacancies shall be filled by the council for the unexpired term of any
member.
