HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 15 Nominating a person to be elected to general district court judgeship.

 

Agreed to by the House of Delegates, January 28, 2010

 

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the general district court judgeship as follows:

The Honorable Douglas B. Ottinger, of Portsmouth, as a judge of the Third Judicial District for a term of six years commencing February 1, 2010.
