SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 71 Nominating a person to be elected to the Supreme Court of Virginia.   Agreed to by the Senate, January 20, 2015  

RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the Supreme Court of Virginia as follows:

The Honorable D. Arthur Kelsey, of Suffolk, as a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia for a term of twelve years commencing February 1, 2015.
