Summary

The purpose of this bill is to position the state to be the national leader in research and development of treatments for neurodegenerative diseases. Implementation is intended to benefit the health of our citizens, improve the economy and further academic excellence in the State of West Virginia. §18B-14-12 is new; therefore, it has been completely underscored.
