Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require notice from the Commissioner of Highways of the discontinuance, vacation, abandonment, or closure of any road or highway be published as a Class I legal advertisement and shall also notify members of the Legislature who represent the area in which the road or highway is located of the proceedings.
