Summary
The purpose of this bill is to allow for a more streamlined approach to approved home plans of inmates in the custody of the Division of Corrections. The bill also sets forth when an inmate's written parole release plan may be considered in the parole determination process. The bill also sets forth a procedure for granting parole.
