Summary

The purpose of this bill is to repeal the regulation of opioid treatment programs, to create licenses for all medication-assisted treatment programs, including clinics and providers, and provide for regulation and oversight by the Office of Health Facility Licensure and Certification and to grant the Office Health Facility Licensure and Certification access to the Controlled Substance Monitoring Database for use in certification, licensure and regulation of health facilities.
