Summary
The purpose of this bill is to require the Department of Commerce to provide administrative and logistical support as reasonably necessary to enable the Board of Coal Mine Health and Safety, or any other board or commission administered by the Health and Safety Administrator, to carry out its responsibilities under the provisions of article six, chapter twenty-two-a of the West Virginia Code.
