Summary

The purpose of this bill is to prohibit governmental entities and spending units of the State of West Virginia from procuring of electric vehicles and prohibiting government contracts procuring electric vehicles that may have been made in whole or in part through forced labor; setting remedies and penalties for manufacturers; and providing an effective date.
