Summary
The purpose of this resolution is to provide Constitutionally that the Legislature appropriate one percent of the state's General Revenue Fund to the Division of Natural Resources each fiscal year to be used to promote and preserve the state's natural resources and to fund law-enforcement activities associated with the Department of Natural Resources.
