The purpose of this bill is to define alternative nicotine products and electronic cigarettes, prohibit the sale of alternative nicotine products to individuals under eighteen years of age, prohibit the use and possession of alternative nicotine products by an individual under eighteen years of age, add alternative nicotine products to the list of products for which unannounced inspections may be conducted to ensure compliance with sales restrictions, and restrict the sale of alternative nicotine products in vending machines.
