Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require the State Fire Commission to promulgate rules pertaining to the State Building Code that are in accordance with certain national and international building codes and standards. The amendments to the code proposed in this bill will enable the state to receive certain funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
