SB578 removes the sunset clause for registration fees for the West Virginia Spay Neuter Program. There are not anticipated impacts to costs and revenues of state government.
As the proposed bill only removes the sunset provision of June 2027, there would not be any increase or decrease to revenue or expense to State government. Rather, it would allow the program to continue to operate at current levels beyond June 2027.
