A BILL to repeal §47-19-1, §47-19-2, §47-19-3, §47-19-4, §47-19-5, §47-19-6, §47-19-7 and §47-19-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to repealing the article which allows a business to acquire a license to sell drug paraphernalia and eliminating a conflict within the code.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 19. DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
§1. Repeal of article nineteen relating to granting a business license to sell drug paraphernalia.
§47-19-1, §47-19-2, §47-19-3, §47-19-4, §47-19-5, §47-19-6, §47-19-7 and §47-19-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal provisions which allow a business to acquire a license to sell drug paraphernalia. This eliminates a conflict within the code.
