AN ACT expiring funds to the balance of the Department of Commerce, West Virginia Development Office, Marketing and Communications Operating Fund, fund 3002, fiscal year 2021, organization 0307, in the amount of $222,563, from the Department of Commerce, West Virginia Development Office, Synthetic Fuel – Producing County Fund, fund 3165, fiscal year 2021, organization 0307, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.

Whereas, The Governor finds that the account balance in the Department of Commerce, West Virginia Development Office, Synthetic Fuel – Producing County Fund, fund 3165, fiscal year 2021, organization 0307, exceeds that which is necessary for the purpose for which the account was established; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the balance of funds available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, to the Department of Commerce, West Virginia Development Office, Synthetic Fuel – Producing County Fund, fund 3165, fiscal year 2021, organization 0307, be decreased by expiring the amount of $222,563 to the Department of Commerce, West Virginia Development Office, Marketing and Communications Operating Fund, fund 3002, fiscal year 2021, organization 0307.

The Joint Committee on Enrolled Bills hereby certifies that the foregoing bill is correctly enrolled.
