Whereas, The Governor finds that the account balance in the Department of Commerce, West Virginia Development Office, Synthetic Fuel – Producing County Fund, fund 3165, fiscal year 2021, organization 0307, exceeds that which is necessary for the purpose for which the account was established; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the balance of funds available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, to the Department of Commerce, West Virginia Development Office, Synthetic Fuel – Producing County Fund, fund 3165, fiscal year 2021, organization 0307, be decreased by expiring the amount of $222,563 to the Department of Commerce, West Virginia Development Office, Marketing and Communications Operating Fund, fund 3002, fiscal year 2021, organization 0307.
