A BILL to repeal §16-5Z-1, §16-5Z-2, §16-5Z-3, §16-5Z-4, and §16-5Z-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to repeal §16-52-1, §16-52-2, §16-52-3, §16-52-4, and §16-52-5 of said code; and to repeal §16-55-1, §16-55-2, §16-55-3, §16-55-4, §16-55-5, §16-55-6, and §16-55-7 of said code, all relating to repealing outdated sections of code.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


Article 5Z.  Coalition for diabetes management.

§1. Repeal of article creating the State Coalition for Diabetes Management.

That §16-5Z-1 through §16-5Z-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed.

Article 52.  Coalition for Responsible Pain Management.

§1. Repeal of article creating the State Coalition for Responsible Pain Management.

That §16-52-1 through §16-52-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed.

Article 55.  State Advisory Coalition on Palliative Care.

§1. Repeal of article creating the State Advisory Coalition on Palliative Care.

That §16-55-1 through §16-55-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed.
