A BILL to amend and reenact §64-6-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Fire Marshal to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Regulation of Fireworks and Related Explosive Materials.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 6. Authorization for Department of Homeland security to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-6-1. Fire Marshal.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2021, authorized under the authority of §29-3E-8 of this code, relating to the Fire Marshal (Regulation of Fireworks and Related Explosive Materials, 103 CSR 04), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Fire Marshal to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Regulation of Fireworks and Related Explosive Materials.
