A BILL to amend and reenact §64-5-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Health Care Authority to promulgate a legislative rule relating to critical access hospitals.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 5. Authorization for DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN RESOURCES to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-5-1. Health Care Authority.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 16, 2019, authorized under the authority of §16-5B-14(d) of this code, modified by the Health Care Authority to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 22, 2019, relating to the Health Care Authority (critical access hospitals, 65 CSR 09), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Health Care Authority to promulgate a legislative rule relating to critical access hospitals.
