A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Accountancy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to board rules and rules of professional conduct.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellaneous Agencies and Boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Accountancy.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2017, authorized under the authority of §30-9-5 of this code, modified by the Board of Accountancy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 29, 2017, relating to the Board of Accountancy (board rules and rules of professional conduct, 1 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Accountancy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to board rules and rules of professional conduct.
