A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Occupational Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to request for waiver of licensing fees for certain individuals.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Occupational Therapy.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on January 10, 2024, authorized under the authority of §30-28-6 of this code, relating to the Board of Occupational Therapy (request for waiver of licensing fees for certain individuals, 13 CSR 07), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Occupational Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to request for waiver of licensing fees for certain individuals.
