A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to promulgate a legislative rule relating to disciplinary and complaint procedures for speech-language pathology and audiology.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on September 17, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-32-7 of this code, modified by the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 5, 2019, relating to the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (disciplinary and complaint procedures for speech-language pathology and audiology, 29 CSR 04), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to promulgate a legislative rule relating to disciplinary and complaint procedures for speech-language pathology and audiology.
