A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Nursing Home Administrators Licensing Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to nursing home administrators.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. West Virginia Nursing Home Administrators Licensing Board.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on June 9, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-25-6 of this code, relating to the West Virginia Nursing Home Administrators Licensing Board (nursing home administrators, 21 CSR 01), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Nursing Home Administrators Licensing Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to nursing home administrators.
