Summary

A JOINT RESOLUTION proposing to amend the Wyoming Constitution to modify the signature requirement for initiative and referendum petitions; changing the requirement from fifteen percent (15%) of those residing in at least two-thirds (2/3) of the counties to at least fifteen percent (15%) of those residing in at least two-thirds (2/3) of the senate districts in the state.
