Page 2, lines 13 and 19, strike "2 or"

Line 21, after "follows" insert "for subsequent violations of that paragraph"

Page 3, after line 8, insert:

"K. Subsection F of this section does not apply if the sale or contemplated sale was not across state lines.

L. For purposes of this section, “involving the sale” requires an actual sale and that the person knowingly and materially participated in the sale."
