FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Eliminates the prohibition from driving in a center lane beyond the next available left turn.
2. Removes the requirement that an officer has to issue a new citation when the name of the defendant is changed on the original citation.
3. Makes technical and conforming changes.
