An act to amend Section 105 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to professions and vocations.

AB 2452, as introduced, Chen. Consumer affairs.
Existing law establishes, in the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency, a Department of Consumer Affairs that is comprised of certain boards. Existing law requires board members to take an oath of office.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 105 of the Business and Professions Code is amended to read:

105.
 Members of boards in the department shall take an oath of office office, as provided in the Constitution and the Government Code.
