An act to amend Section 10006 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to real estate.

AB 293, as introduced, Mullin. Real estate.
The Real Estate Law provides for the regulation and licensure of real estate brokers and salespersons by the Real Estate Commissioner. As used in the Real Estate Law, the term “person” is defined as including a corporation, company, and firm.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to these provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 10006 of the Business and Professions Code is amended to read:

10006.
 “Person” includes corporation, company company, and firm.
