SB 1231, as introduced, Caballero. Physicians: Valley Fever diagnostic training.
Existing law, the Medical Practice Act, establishes the Medical Board of California in the Department of Consumer Affairs, and specifies the board’s responsibilities, which include reviewing the quality of medical practice carried out by physician certificate holders under its jurisdiction, approving undergraduate and graduate medical education programs, and approving special programs and hospitals for those specified education programs.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation related to Valley Fever diagnostic training.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation related to Valley Fever diagnostic training.
