	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 233, as introduced, Aanestad. State Water Resources Control
Board: California regional water quality control boards.

receives, or has received during the previous 2 years, a significant
portion of his or her income directly or indirectly from any person

specified waste discharge requirements. Thie bill would also make
technical, nonsubstantive changes.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
