An act to amend Section 340 of the Water Code, relating to water.

SB 474, as introduced, Galgiani. Water: Yuba River debris control.
Existing law requires any funds appropriated for Yuba River debris control to be used for construction, renewal, and repair of works for restraining, impounding, and control of debris resulting from mining operations, natural erosion, and other causes.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 340 of the Water Code is amended to read:

340.
 Any funds appropriated for Yuba River debris control shall be used for construction, renewal, and repair of works for restraining, impounding impounding, and control of debris resulting from mining operations, natural erosion erosion, and other causes.
