An act to amend Section 2700 of the Labor Code, relating to employment relations.

Existing law specifies the obligations of the employer and the employee in the employment relationship, and provides that these specifications do not affect statutes governing workers’ compensation.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 2700 of the Labor Code is amended to read:

2700.
 The provisions of this division shall not limit, change, or in any way qualify the provisions of Divisions 4 Division 4 (commencing with Section 3200) and Division 4.5 of this code, (commencing with Section 6100), but shall be fully operative and effective in all cases where the provisions of Divisions 4 and 4.5 are not applicable.
