Summary
To prohibit the Commissioner of Administrative Services from entering into a memorandum of understanding with the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to delegate the responsibility of administering the school building projects grant program, and to require the Department of Administrative Services to maintain and update a database of information relating to school building projects on the department's Internet web site.
