AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL AID PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require funding for the education cost sharing, town aid road and local capital improvement programs in the same amounts as for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
Statement of Purpose:
To maintain funding levels for the education cost sharing, town aid road and local capital improvement programs that were level-funded in FY10.
