Summary

Requiring that the notice of a public meeting include a description of each matter to be considered at such meeting; prohibiting the board or commission of an agency or authority of the state, a county, a municipality, or a political subdivision from acting upon a matter at a public meeting which was not included in the notice of such meeting; providing an exception for certain emergency matters upon the approval of a super majority of the members of the board or commission, etc.
