Requiring that prekindergarten instructors in school-year prekindergarten programs delivered by private providers and public schools meet new professional credentialing requirements beginning July 1, 2015; deleting provisions relating to alternate educational credentials, to conform; repealing provisions relating to aspirational goals for the professional credentials of prekindergarten instructors, etc.
