AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1471
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1471, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 8, line 2, by inserting after "intent" the
following:
"and prior to the association his or her parole agent agrees
that the contact is appropriate. The parole agent may make the
determination either on a case by case basis or on a
generalized basis as determined by the parole agent".
