AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2547
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2547 as follows:
on page 10, by replacing lines 12 through 18 with the
following:
"Section 60. Attorney General; powers. The Attorney
General, pursuant to the authority under Section 6.3 of the
Attorney General Act, may initiate or intervene in a civil
action in the name of the People of the State in any circuit
court to obtain all appropriate relief, including, but not
limited to, a civil penalty under Section 10 of $100 per pay
period for every pay period the employee worked before the
employer disclosed the quota.".
