Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with changes that include the following. Removes a provision establishing a civil penalty for failing to disclose a quota. Provides that each employer shall establish, maintain, and preserve for 3 years contemporaneous, true, and accurate records to ensure compliance with employee and Director of Labor requests for data (instead of specified records). Adds provisions concerning injunctive relief. Makes changes to provisions concerning definitions, complaints, and the Attorney General's powers. Effective January 1, 2024.
