Summary

Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law and the State Police Act. Transfers the CMS police and security force to the State Police as provided in Executive Order 2004-4. Provides that the Director of the State Police may appoint, subject to the Personnel Code, persons to be members of the police and security force. Provides that members of the security force shall be peace officers. Effective immediately.
