Summary

Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Extends the timeframe which the State Department of Revenue is required to adjust the disbursement of funds from the Municipal Retailers' Occupation Tax Fund to a municipality to offset any misallocation of funds in the previous disbursements in the previous 14 months (currently 6 months). Effective immediately.
