Extends the timeframe which the State Department of Revenue is required to adjust the disbursement of funds from the Municipal Retailers' Occupation Tax Fund to a municipality to offset any misallocation of funds in the previous disbursements in the previous 14 months (currently 6 months). Effective immediately.
