Summary

Appropriates $50,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants to small businesses, with 50 or less employees, to train and hire qualifying returning citizens, as provided under the Returning Citizen Grant Program.
