Summary

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Repeals the prohibition on businesses buying, selling, bartering, exchanging, or leasing for a period of 1 year or more, or offering for sale, barter, exchange, or lease for a period of 1 year or more, any motor vehicle, whether new or used, on Sundays. Effective immediately.
